Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order from She Rose Different.

Because all of our items are made to order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under certain conditions.*

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is misprinted
• The wrong item was received

If your item arrives with a defect or error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will gladly send a replacement.*

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

*Because our items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering.
